A training that covers basic crisis response skills, designed to prepare volunteers with MH First Sacramento, but open to all Sac county.

This is a virtual event. Please be sure to register on Eventbrite, so you will receive a zoom link before the event. This training will cover basic crisis intervention strategies, basic first aid, Narcan use, and other skills to assist volunteers of MH First.

Attendence is the first step required to volunteer for MH First Sacramento. We are offering meal delivery and technology assistance to those attendees in the Sacramento Area who need them. If you would like to take advantage of either service, please indicate at the appropriate questions in the registration process.
