Last night Erik Salgado was killed in East Oakland by California Highway Patrol (CHP). He was shot 40 times with his pregnant girlfriend in the car who was also shot in the stomach. This is a youth-lead peaceful vigil in hopes of bringing the community together for black and brown solidarity. Meet at Elmhurst Middle School and march with us to where he was murdered on 96th and Cherry.
