I am re-energized after an amazing ReClaim MLK's Radical Legacy weekend and I am ready to get to the business of doing the people's work. I hope you are, too.

We have postponed our Healing Justice Training to a tentative date of February 17th. Cat Brooks will be in attendance to discuss our next moves and reaffirm our goal of an Independent Police Commission and how to go about achieving this goal.

So far Krishna Abrams has not responded at all to the family of Ronnell Foster regarding their demands to hold Ryan McMahon and the VPD accountable.

Eric Reason's family still have no answers to why an off duty Richmond Police officer was able to get away with murder and contaminate the murder scene.

VPD is back to its tactics of intimidation of our most outspoken Vallejo citizens without accountability or consequences. So far I am not impressed with the new police chief, are you? I didn't expect to be.
If you want change, show up at this next meeting.
